We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- The item should include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be provided for:
- Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.

Order Cancellation
