Want to know where your PawPulse mouse is?
Delivery takes 10-12 business days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we send a shipment tracking email with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
Look up your order
Step 1 — Check your email
Look for an email from Little PawPulse with the subject "Your order is on its way!". Don't forget to check your spam / promotions folder.
Step 2 — Can't find it?
Email us at maja@littlepawpulse.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking info within 24 business hours.
What to include when you email us
- Your full name
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout
Typical delivery times
- Processing: within 2 business days
- 🚚 Delivery: 10-12 business days after dispatch
